CONTROLS:
Electrical control panel box mounted on the boiler cell consists of contactors, relays and cut outs for blower, circulating pump and fuel pump. Burner programmer preparing timer, ignition transformer, indicating lamps, temperature controller, pressure gauges, low flow Diff. pressure switch, control switches and power ON/OFF main switch
SAFETY :
Boiler shuts down giving an audio Visio alarm in the event of low liquid flow , high outlet temperature, low liquid level, erratic flame or flame failure. Dead wt.safety damper for venting off pressure build up inside combustion chamber.
BURNER :
Fully automatic down /side fire forced draught pressure jet ON/OFF /High Low control with audio visual alarm device in the event of flame failure or safety lockout.
